Booking

• Customers are to provide accurate contact and service address details
• Appointments are subject to availability
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking where necessary

Customers Agree To

• Ensure bins are available on the scheduled service date
• Ensure that the bins do not contain any toxic, hazardous or prohibited material
• Provide a safe working environment for our staff and equipment

Pricing

• Prices are provided prior to booking
• Payment is due within 7 days unless another agreement with Bin2Clean has been made
• Pricing is reviewed annually in October and implemented in November each year if required
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

Cancellation or reschedule

• Customers may cancel or reschedule their services.
• One off cancellation or reschedule a service a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required.
• Finalising your agreement with Bin2Clean a minimum of 2 weeks written notice is required
• If bins are unavailable at the scheduled date, there will be a 40% futile charge (this does not include council failure to empty bins)
• Due to circumstances beyond our control we may cancel or reschedule your service. Examples are equipment failure or weather impacts

Limitations & Liability

We take reasonable and practicable care providing our services, we are not responsible for

• Pre-existing damage to bins
• Damage resulting in poorly maintained bins
• Delays or interruptions beyond our control

Health and safety

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or access is restricted

Intellectual property

All website content, including logo’s text and images remain the property of Bin2Clean and may not be copied or used without permission

Privacy

Personal information collected when booking and service delivery is handled in accordance with our privacy policy

Terms amendments

From time to time we may adjust or update our terms and conditions. Updated versions will be posted on our website and will be effective immediately

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales
